Oh My Love... :)

I just felt like playing hooky today and shirking all responsibilities (and my To DO list ) to play with some pictures I just uncovered of my niece when she was just days old.  The pics beckoned to me, and I spent almost an entire day scrappin my cares away..lol... I'll think about everything I DIDN'T do today --- tomorrow, but in the meantime this is a LO I just finished of my lovely one -- she thinks it's funny because i always answer her, "Yes, my love" ... this is for her ~ Enjoy honey  :)

Also, I hope you get a kick out of my B - it was his "job" to sort all my felt embellies by color into clear boxes for my organizer - but somehow he just got attached to this partridge..lol.. wanted me to call him "Mr. Bird Head" all day after that!  Why can't adults get away with that?!

My glass etchings & Page Kit Klub (PKK) is back !

Hi gals -- I know it's unusual to hear from me twice in one month, and twice in one week in pretty freaky..lol, but I just had to show you this!  I got a Cricut Expression and I found this HEAVY glass desk plaque at the thrift store that was just begging to be glass etched!  I love it and I think I'm already addicted to vinyl working.  The vinyl cuts really well even on intricate designs and I had so much fun designing my own paperweight.
Okay, so on to the BIG announcement!  I'm bringing back the PKK ~ it was a little club I had before we moved to GA where I would create page kits every month.  Most of you within range to get them will be able to pick them up here ~ but for those of my scrappin friends who prefer to play at home, I'm going to offer a shipping discount.  You choose any of the page kits that you'd like, pay for them through Paypal, and if you want them held until the end of the month you can ship all your kits at one time to save you $$$ on shipping!  (The Priority Flat Rate Box is $7.95 for up to 10 kits)

So without further ado; Here is our page kits for February so far !

Kit #1  Love You ~ $6.99
Supplies: silver textured foil papers by AC, Black Red and Gray Flannel inks, cardstock, and stamps from CTMH.  The stamp sets used are Heartthrob (D1309) and Felicity Alpha (D1418).  Prestamped pages available.  Just email your request.

Kit #2 ~ Jolie's Butterfly ~ $6.99
Oh how I wish I could've gotten a better photot of this beauty!  The cherry blossoms, butterflies, and all the striped papers are embossed and glittered, then the brown suede paper has a supple sheen to it similar to silk.  The rasberry cardstock is canvas texture by Bazzill. Papers by SEI, White daisy cs by CTMH.

Kit #3 ~ My Heart Melts ~ $6.99
This is a playful layout with loads of possibilities!  The printed ribbons vary - the red one shown says: You smile and my Heart Melts.  Stamp sets are Chocolate Alphabet Large by CTMH, and Playful Caps also CTMH.  The stamped pieces can be prestamped if you do not have a Cricut to do lettering or alpha stamps - It can also be personalized if you have a special request. Just email it to me :)

Well, I hope you enjoyed my little "presentation" tonight and I'm excited about getting the Kit Klub back together again!  A word of caution, though; I am limited on some of the kits' supplies so once these are gone I will not be making them again.... if you've got your eye on one, best get it while you can !

Vita Bella - page 2

Hi all! It's quite dreary outside today, so I've excused myself from the errands and I'm slow cooking a roast and scrapbooking instead! This is the second layout with Vita Bella that I just finished sizing the pictures and getting them on the layout. It's a bit tamer than the first - utilizing the same color scheme, just leaning more toward the batik patterns and dark colors versus the dominating green and blues. I haven't put on the journaling or the title yet, but this one is going to be called "Demon of the tire shop"... Hope everyone has a safe rainy, cold day and we'll talk again soon!

Vita Bella - It's a Beautiful Life...

The Girls Night Crop is approaching... Friday Feb 5th. So I though I'd share the layout and projects for this month. Enjoy the post and I hope to see you this weekend!

February Card workshop: This was so fun to create - I used several lines of papers from CTMH: Emporium, Amore, Perfect Day, and Twitterpated. Of course I had to bling - so I went Elvis and did it my way... an antique brass lock on a string, rhinestone 3D butterflies, pewter centered flowers, glittered guitars and hearts with wings... can't help it, I just get all caught up in it and go crazy!
Precut and/or prestamped kits are available all this month, so if you haven't reserved yours you can email me to get yours this week and give them to all your special Valentines!
The layout has all the bling and whistles I love to do for a special Valentine's Day. It is whimsical, flirty, and incorporates all my favorite things: foil embossed papers, metal embellishments, ribbons, and glitter! I love it!
Supplies: Cherish template and Twilight ink from CTMH, Vita Bella foil embossed paper, filigree flowers, epoxy buttons, glitter stickers, and ribbon by LYB, Storybook Cricut cartridge letters and 3D flowers , stamp by Endless Designs circa 1985.
