Hi all ! Just one more project I'd like you to see ~ the cards I made with my one remaining Miracle Kit. I needed some fresh spring cards for Grad presents, birthdays, and a couple anniversaries, so I whipped these up - Hope you enjoy them :) Only four days until all the gals r coming for my 3 day crop ~ so I've got to stop playing online for a little while, but I'll post again the beginning of next week and show you how much fun we have at crops..lol. Til then, have a great week !

Modge Monday - Miracle kit Altered Frame
Hi everyone :) This is what I did with all the teeny bits I had left from the chipboard album. It started out as a unfinished wood frame from the craft store - I added papers then Modge Podge (let it dry after this step) Then our new Glitz glue in stardust, a few Sparkles for some *Bling*, and some square window charms, an Irrisistibles Frame inked in Sweet Leaf, a few pieces of the SE borders, and a lonely leftover butterfly SE up on foam squares. Once the latest layers dry I plan to use some Create A Shade paint and mix some reinkers (probably Twilight Blue) to paint the inside and outside edges. Hope you had a marvelous Mother's Day weekend. Mine was wonderful, I am so truly blessed.
Okay -- I'm editing the post to show you what I actually did with the frame project ~ after some thought I just had to use this for my niece -- her prom pics that I took this past weekend in particular ~ The pictures makes it look like its in color - but its actually toned in sepia with a TopCoats overlay. Hope Katie likes it :)

Thinkin of my DH...
Today I pulled out a picture that is one of my all time favs of my hubby ~ It was a random day ~ no event going on, not a memento to mark an occasion...just a day I felt like snapping pics in the house of "stuff" .. sometimes I just have to be a shutterbug for no reason at all, and this was one of those days. So I snapped this one while he was watching tv when I walked in the door from my walk in the woods, and it captures him so much that I wanted to do a layout of mainly journaling - what I wanted to say to him - so here's how i did it:
If you have questions on any of the products I used, or how I made them just send me an email or leave a comment - I'd be glad to share :) TTYL, Angel
Here's some closeups of how I used the hinges to create the HUGE hidden journaling space, and the white Just Blooms flowers I misted w Juniper reinker to match my layout.

Miracle Kit + the All Sorts Chipboard Album
Hi everyone! It was so nice to see some of you at the Garden of Memories Event and I met some new people as well - had a great time and finished 10 layouts after I taught the flower techniques class. What an excellent way to spend a Saturday! Now I'm half way through the baby album I'm making for a present :)
I just have to share all the projects I did when I got home! My order arrived on Monday afternoon and of course, I had to get just one more (ok, 2 more) Miracle Kits -- Its the special kit for National Scrapbooking Month from Close to My Heart -- this time I did quite a few projects with one kit and some extra cardstock and some ribbon :) I love the way it all came together, so I hope you enjoy it and it inspires you to make something using the Miracle Kit while its available this month, too !
This is the front cover of the album and a couple of the pages from inside, plus when I was done with the album I had a few good sized pieces left, so I kept going! Next, I created 2 layouts of some adorable pictures of my son at Halloween, and then I did 4 cards! All in, I think it all worked out great!
(Yes I know I spelled Turtle wrong -- but if you could've seen what Mr.Hyper was doing that day you would've named him TURDle, too !!
